Olio Verde’s 2025 harvest extra virgin olive oil is made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives. This classic oil opens with the aroma of ripe tomatoes, as if you’ve just opened a jar of tomato passata. In the mouth, it is velvety and very well-balanced, with medium fruitiness and spiciness in total harmony. It has a mild, soft nuttiness, and a hint of white pepper that opens the palate. A medium to robust oil.
