Turkish Ground Coffee – Mehmet Efendi – 250 g
Reward your palate with a cup of Mehmet Efendi’s original finely-ground Turkish coffee. Traditionally prepared in a small, long-handled pot this coffee has a classic, sophisticated taste.
Ingredients: pure-ground Turkish coffee.

Directions for making Turkish coffee:
1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki, cezve or narrow-necked coffee pot.
2. Add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
