How It Works

- Step 2 – Receive email from buyFSA detailing instructions on how to complete your quiz on stride’s website with a link to the quiz and also an activation code.
- Step 3 – Take a short quiz – Tell Stride about where it hurts, your activity level, and what you want to fix. No clinic visit needed — less than 2 minutes.
- Step 4 – Record your gait & scan your feet: Upon completing the quiz, check out on the Stride Soles platform using the code from your confirmation email — your order will be free. Stride will then send you instructions to complete a 3D foot scan via the Stride app on iPhone or Android. No equipment needed, done in under 60 seconds.
- Step 5 – Your orthotics arrive in 10–15 days: Designed in Germany and 3D-printed to your exact foot shape. Slip them into any shoe and feel the difference from day one.
