One man’s fruit tree is another man’s weed. In the Caribbean, Hawaii, and parts of Florida, the strawberry guava tree is considered a weed. At Bickford Flavors, we’re all about its beautiful fruit’s sweet, tangy flavor — like a tart passion. Always a favorite in a holiday punch recipe, our strawberry guava flavoring is exceptional in smoothies, ice cream, baked goods and pastries as well.
