A true midwest gathering wouldn’t be complete without a plate of sweet and salty Scotcharoos!
Staying true to the treat, our Scotcharoo starts with sweet butterscotch peanut butter swirled with chocolate butterscotch topping, topped with crispy rice cereal and chocolate covered crispy rice cereal!
