Sambal is a blend of fresh chilis, aromatics and spices that tastes hot, tangy, sweet and savory — it’s the perfect condiment! Using a family recipe and our spices, Auria created this mango sambal with a delicate Cobanero chili heat and zesty notes from fresh lime and Alphonso Mango Amchur.
Use as a topping or ingredient to add bold Malaysian flavor to any recipe.
