Product Overview
The nutmeg tree is special in that it produces two separate spices, nutmeg and mace. Mace is the ground outer covering of the nutmeg seed. Mace has a flavor and aroma that is slightly more pungent than nutmeg, and is used in doughnuts and many European foods.
