Ing: Spray dried non-whipping egg whites.2 t. powder + 2 T. water = 1 egg white4 t. powder + 1/4 cup water = 2 egg white6 t. powder + 1/4 c. + 2 T. water = 3 egg white
Place water in bowl and slowly add egg whitesolids to water. Beat at high speed if foamis desired. Egg white solids may be blended with other dry ingredients of a recipe.
